Dit ASUS AM5 B650-E WIFI TUF GAMING moederbord is ontworpen voor gebruik met AMD Ryzen™ desktop processors die compatibel zijn met het AM5 platform. Het ondersteunt DDR5-SDRAM geheugen tot een maximale capaciteit van 192 GB, verdeeld over vier slots. Er zijn drie M.2 (M) slots beschikbaar en twee PCI Express x16 (Gen 4.x) slots, evenals één PCI Express x1 (Gen 4.x) slot. Het moederbord biedt aansluitingen voor USB 2.0, USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type A, USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type A en USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type C poorten. Daarnaast is er een Ethernet interface van 2.5 Gbit en Wi-Fi 6E (802.11ax) ondersteuning met Bluetooth 5.3.
